LEARNING

A little practice,
repeated.

A practice session becomes easier to repeat when it has a clear beginning and a modest end. Choose one small task that can be checked, instead of a broad promise to get better.

Make the next step visible

Before stopping, leave a short note: what worked, where you got stuck, and the first thing to try next time. This saves the effort of reconstructing your place.

Return before adding more

Try yesterday’s task without looking at the answer. A brief attempt reveals more than rereading a familiar explanation. Add something new once the old step feels dependable.
